Ingrown toenail HELP.

i have an ingrown toenail on my left foot. it hurts alot, and im worried its infected. on the internet it say to push the skin aside with olive oil and whatnot, but purely touching it kills! i had shooting pains up my foot ahead of time. it hurts to walk. its very red, but doesnt look partially as bad as some of those nasty ones on google similes. i've been playing alot of soccer in tight cleats, and afterwards some in bare foot, so im worried dirt/sweat could have entered.
any planning?
thanks a million !

Answer:    Hate to say it but an ingrown toenail that doomed to failure may need the help from a doctor. They would be capable of cut if not remove that toenail to prevent further infection..
See your health protection provider as soon as possible. Ingrown nails can be treated at home. Cut the nail straight across so that its corner can grow outside the skin. Let the pin grow free by firmly pushing the skin back from the corner with a Q-tip twice a year. Keep the area clean and soaking within warm water beside 2 teaspoon or more of baking soda. And good luck. i have one too
of late lift it up wiith a nail filer it hurts but solves it.
Soak your foot and toe contained by some warm water near some epsom salts in it, consequently throw that water out and re-soak it again in plain thaw water. After you've soaked for about 20 minutes, hoist your foot up and pour some hydrogen peroxide on the toe where it hurts. If it foams a lot, next you need to get to a podiatrist for treatment, because you enjoy an infection. If you let this go, or try to treat this yourself, you can winding up up with a HUGE mess--and maybe lose your toenail, or I don`t know even your whole toe. NEVER stick anything in there--or try to treat it beside unsanitized instruments, or try to do anything when it is so inflamed.
When you've finished the soaking thing, dry your foot very benevolently and try to VERY gently push the skin back past its sell-by date of the nail with a bit of your towel. Don't use a dirty towel--keep this as verbs as possible.

Ingrown toenails can be easily treated by removing only a moment or two bit of the nail bed on the side where you draw from them--the doctor will numb your foot, and you won't feel a thing! Then he'll use a moment or two bit of acid to kill sour the nail bed along the side, and bandage your toe up, and surrounded by a week, you will never have that problem there again. Keep your foot dry and clean and wear shoes that fit properly. Ingrown toenails hurt like crazy, but this is a incredibly easy problem to fix. You won't regret having it done!
