Ingrown toenail? sustain!?
ok, so i have an ingrown toenail on my big toe. what should i do to treat it?
also, i am in volleyball, so i hold to wear volleyball shoes. i heard that you are supposed to keep the toe dry, but my foot sweat alot. is there anything i can put over my toe like a bandaid or something?
gratefulness!
Answer: no bandaid or anything.
dr scholl has this thing which softens the pin. get that. it won't hurt anymore because its soft and won't dig into your skin.
if you can't find dr scholl afterwards get any other brand.
Soak your foot and see if you can cut the nail where on earth it is grown into the skin.
Try to pick up some athletic socks that are absorbent, so you can wear them when you are playing volleyball. When you are done playing volleyball, take your volleyball shoes sour and wear a pair of flip-flops or sandals so your feet can nouns out. It might be helpful to maybe wipe them so they are a moment or two dryer with your socks before wearing sandals.
Also-- I own heard that to help prevent ingrown nail, cut them across in a straight line near only a little bit of rounding on the corners.
Hope this help!.
I myself have been a object to these nasty ingrown toe nail. I would progress get them removed by your doctor. They numb the toe where the ingrown toe staple is at and very carefully the doc cut the toe staple. In some cases they pull out the whole fastener so you wont have to worry give or take a few ingrown toe nails...that is up to the long-suffering if they want it done.
Just soak your feet in reheat water and carefully verbs the skin back from the ingrown toe nail and clip the pin itself...they have special toe nail clippers for toe nail and ingrown toe nails..
soak you foot in hot hose down and there is a special type of salt sorry cant reason of the name and put it in the hot hose that always helps me but do it at lowest possible a couple of times..Morgan
