Injured thumb?
Yesterday evening, I fell off my bike and hurt my left thumb. It hurt, but not that much. When I get home, I realized that my thumb was bent from the middle common to the right. I put it back to where it should own been, and I could move it almost as well as my other thumb. I permit it rest for about 30 minutes, and after I looked at it, I realized that it have become really swollen, and I couldn't move it very well. Today I go to the doctor, and all he told me was that i inevitability to go see a bone specialist. He was supposed to arrange an appointment beside one but they left it for tomorrow. I haven't moved my hand much, and immediately my thumb is a bit numb. Is this something I should worry about, and what have probably happened? I have pocket some Advil, but I haven't put ice on it, should I do that as well?

Most likley you brok your thumb, but nearby is not much you can do untill your appointment tomorrow. Ice help for pain and swelling. Take advil when recommended on bottle to release swelling as economically. Hard to put cast on fingers but he may give you a splint. Don't try to use it as much.it sounds approaching you broke it
