Insomnia.?
I get 2-41/2 hours of sleep per night. I don't rest and I am a stay-at-home mom to a 15 month old. I don't nap during the year and I still can't sleep. I don't want to take pills and I don't have medical insurance. what can I do, intrinsically, that can help me? right now, it is 5am and I still can't sleep...even though I know I hold to be up at 7 to babysit a 5 year old while taking care of my own daughter.can someone minister to?
