Insomnia Sleep Problems?

I am thirteen years old and I have have trouble sleeping lately to get to sleep I have to read for hours and I am getting to sleep at 3:00am which leaves me tired surrounded by the morning.I always have purple rings round my eyes when I wake up up but my glasses cover them thankfully.It's not so impossible in the Holidays but when I go final to school (3rd September)
and have to catch up at 6:30am it's going to be awful.I have a Lavender Spray that I spray on my pillow but it doesn't help.

Any Ideas?

Answer:    i have these problems a few weeks ago, and im only 15. what i did, i went to bed ahead of time than usual, say 9.30/10pm and then took as long as i needed to procure to sleep. then instead of going back to sleep when i stir up in the morning, so that i slept until about 10am, i woke up in the region of 8.30am, so that i was tired the next dark.
try it, and if it doesnt help, then do something more busy during the day, but not just since you are going to bed. also, avoid bright lights or watching tv just before you step to bed, because this can make your brain wake itself up, and you would find it harder to bring to sleep.
it is best to read a book or do something calming, like cart a warm bath back you go to bed. i also heard that a chalice of warm milk helps too, as it releases something inside your body that make you calmer than usual.

hey i have same problem as you.
but i don't worry more or less it because there is no point.

you are only getting to sleep so deferred because you think about lots and lots of horrible stuff to be exact why you can't get to sleep.
try not to think nearly horrible stuff think about somethig honourable it might help you a lot.

its quite normal for teenagers sleep cycles to translation when they get older it be proven that teenagers peak times are at twelve in the morning so they would benefit better if skool started around midday so they could have there story ins however since school doesnt start at that time u could try tapes next to oceans sounds or getting an eye mask Do you go outside during the daytime? I can tell if I stay inside all daytime I don't sleep nearly as well as when I get some buzz in outside.
There is just something in the order of fresh air that is soothing..
Try drinking camile tea since you go to bed and don't drink anything that has caffeine within it late at night Try to transport your dinner as earlier as possibble.
