Insomnia/lethargic?

a few weeks ago i was a complete self destruct mode. for some reason i be fed up with not one able to get to sleep till similar to say 2am so i thought right i just wont bother sleeping at adjectives. so some nights i got vote 4 hours sleep, others none. now i want to try sleep again and get myself sorted but evrythings so messed up. ive get 75 paracetamol. i havent took them. i feel ill and tired adjectives this time and no matter what i do i just cant sleep. i consistency like im dead. i dont know where on earth i fit in with anything anymore.

Hi, You are emotion lethargic because you arent sleeping.Try having a flawless hot bubble bath with relaxing salt in it,take a hot drink to bed near you and read a really good book.Works for me everytime!But if you are talking just about taking 75 paracetamol then maybe it is medical sustain you need and not advise in the order of not sleeping because trust me if you take 75 paracetamol tablets then that will be one hell of a long sleep as contained by you wont ever wake up!!

Hang on in in that. I have suffered this problem and I know it feeds on the despair it creates. It can relate to your lifestyle not mortal what you really want, even if you won't consciously admit it.. Doing things which give smugness help. Avoid exciting TV especially in the evenings or anything else stimulating. Use solitary decaf coffee and tea. Try to take pleasure in simple, non-hazardous things like the beauty of temper etc. This is calming. You are suffering from a disease of our shallow hyped up silly modern world. Excess paracetamol can kill owing to liver dead loss. Lesser doses cause liver damage. It does not donate you a mental lift in any route.

You have more problems then not sleep... i deliberate that is the least of ur problems... its probably adjectives the otehr thingsin ur life effect u to much and ur stressing so much u cant sleep. have some heat up milk and take a hot bath and stop stressing... ur most feasible young and just have something that seems likeits impossible to get over take place to u. but u will.. s go dream about it instead of stressing adjectives night

Hey Nart. Try going for a good long stroll or jog. Plenty of exercises and or a lot of physical training. And try setting your alarm clock severely early in the morning to return with up early and you should want to sleep earlyer too. Plenty of fresh air is other good.

dont take the paracetamol. you'll merely puke them up and feel far more crap than you do now, after you turn pallid, get taken to hospital, then taken to the loony bin.
