Is 5 hrs satisfactory sleep?
Answer: depends on how old you are but no not really
it may seem similar to not too big a deficit now but look at it at the end of the week
that's 3 hours lost every light of day for 7 days
so every week you've lost 21 hours of sleep.
and i know i can't just tell you "hey, go and get some sleep!"
but i would advice trying to get more because need of sleep leads to a sleepy ammune system, poor sense of judgment, and lessen those inhibitors that tell you you are full
so if your dieting this is really not a good conception
anywho, try to get atleast 7.

it is for some ppl, some can function on 3-4hrs of sleep others entail more, the whole "8 hour" thing isnt true for every body. dont have a feeling like theres a requirment of sleep hours u need, if u discern rested then ur fine wiht 5hrs, sometimes when u sleep longer than ur body needs u actaully become more tired and lazier during the sunshine
It was for me when I was younger and after every once in awhile I would sleep in and draw from a solid 8. Now I sleep very odd hours and some night sleep around the clock and some nights I'm still here at 6 am typing away with no sleep. I'm turning this article off. . .

Hey Sleep is very critical but how much we need its varies beside person and ages.For a Healthy Youth the nomar sleeping hours should be 6 to 7 Hours at Nights and need not sleeps at daytime.
But if u r a soul working on Nightshift then u need atleast * Hours of sleep contained by the day to keep urself fit.
For Child and Older citizens need minimum of 8 Hours and upto 10 hours they can sleep becoz at those stage ur body needs more rest.
And during ailment also u need around 8 to 9 hours of sleep.

it depends on the need your body have.if u wake up in the morning and u get the impression refreshed then yes its ample sleep...
they say u need at smallest 8 hours of sleep but i usually dont get it and im fine
no not at all u must enjoy atleast 8 hrs sleep but not more than 10hrs if u have 8-9 hrs sleep u dont feel inefficient else----- u r tired
