Is drinking urine accurate for you ?
I'm not going to drink my urine or anything. I'm just curious.
Answer: Your OWN urine is STERILE to YOU... but I still wouldn't drink it or put it in my eyes and I don't consideration WHAT the Chinese or the Indians say..

I don't feel it would be good for you considering it's your "waste" and what your body doesn't need. So if your body is getting rid of it, it's probably not erudite to put it back into your system. I guess to drink it is your last resort if you're
that dried out and water is completely out of reach.
But later again not everything is absorbed by your body so I guess it's a chance for passed hormones, minerals, vitamins, and amino acids to be reused..
It may surprise everyone, but surrounded by the European nations, it is considered healthy to drink one's own urine, sort of similar to a health supplement. I think that I would purely as soon be a little sick, myself. okay, first of all, drinking urine is gross. second, it may also be toxic. and third, why the hell would you want to?.
