ok today at school i was playing rounders and the bowler threw the rounders globe n it smacked me in the nose! this happen at 9am. its now 8pm and my nose is still swollen, i cant smell through it, i cant touch it minus being in agony and i cant sneeze or nought! there is also some slight bruising around my eyes and i have be suffering with seveire headaches since the chance! my nose isnt bent or crooked or anything but i was wondering weather it could still be broken and is it worth going to hospital to own it checked out?

Answer: Important point for you after trauma to nose: possibly broken you should take x-ray 2-maybe make hematoma to hand septuma that was dangerous and should discharge 3-cold comperession for 24 hours after trauma to pereventing echimosis and swelling4-hot comperession on second light of day after trauma for recovering the bruising for 72hours 5-use analgezic drug during these days.you should go to ENT doctor.
