Its late, im going to the doctor i just want some opinion right now

My foot hurts right around my first metatarsal. No pain when im resting, but the second i put any shipment on it i gasp and have a sharp stomach-ache. Bruise on top. When i put weight on it, a sharp pain, next when the pressure comes off the area i.e. i shift my freight, the pain radiates out from the spot.

Opinions?
