Is it discouraging to sleep at different or following times

Say someone sleeps from 12 am to 8 am, 8 hours of sleep

is it bad for to sleep the same eight hours, but at a then time? for example from 4 am to 12 pm?

Yes, it can make a difference, but how much difference is subject to debate. I've heard some say aloud they like their odd rota better as long as it is consistient. I heard that some group is trying to get shift work official as a carcinogen due to higher cancer rates among night workers.

I give attention to that as long as you still get a solid seven hours of sleep and sleep well, that you won't own anything to worry about. .
Yes it's better to sleep quicker than latter even though you might get the same amount of hours of sleep. It adjectives has to do with the chemical be a foil for in your brain due to sunlight. Obviously, you will get smaller amount sunlight if you go to bed later than closer cause you will be waking up following in the day and living into the dark. It is not bad for them. It might take a short time getting used to. The body-clock would require a little time to re-adjust itself, and there may be problems beside daylight, noise, and telephone call.

Shift workers and people who travel a lot across time zone have this problem, but much more acutely, and yet they survive..
hmm.. capably your sleeping patterns are controlled by your circadian clock. so if you do do that then generate sure that you do that regularly so you get use to that. also at night your body releases this hormone call melatonin to make you tired tells your body to rest in a minute. and since you're going to sleep at night.. yup you're fine :D

you should actually regulate you sleeping time no mix it up too much it is very straightforward for you to get thrown off and it will mess up your appetite and if you preserve sleeping at different hours then your body will be confused at which time you should sleep and wake. Sleeping hours depends on your age and your diary. The older you are the less sleeping hours required, it doesn't really thing from what time you start to sleep once you fullfill the hours (for eg. 8 hours) out of 24 hours (1 day) .
So long as everything is dark and night is properly imitate you'll get a good night sleep. If you have lots of light and nouns, even if you get eight hours you won't sleep well. if you plan 4 am to noon every day , thats fine, your body can adjust. but if your chitchat about Swing shifts, sleeping a different 8 hours just in the order of every day? That sucks..
Yes, you're body gets thrown sour when put through irregular sleep patterns. It can really mess you up by putting you in unpromising moods, making you extra tired, etc. yes because you need a steady sleep schedule if not you won't get the energy from the commonplace amount of sleep! try to keep the same amount of sleep from alike times.
It's not bad for your body till you don't get used to these hours! very well it's kind of bad for your body because you won't carry the discipline your body needs! I dont think it make a difference when you sleep, as long as you get enough of it..
