Is it OK to sleep after jog?
I jog about 30mins., after i hurry i get this immense feeling to sleep! Is it ok to sleep after jog? or will some of my hard-earned muscles go to waste if I do that?

you enjoy to bring your heart rate down and cool off your core temperature, I would not warning sleeping after any workout. It is a good possible your over doing it, but its natural too discern sleepy. Sleeping could cause cramping, muscle tension from a fast change in your body's warmth I guess if you have no side effects from the nap its not to unpromising of a thing.No dear. Jogging is exercise. U should not exhaust urself while doing exercise. It should be optimum enough. How will u know wheaher optimum or not. If u fell sleepy u own done it more than enough. U should feel relaxed, content and fresh,, if ur then ur doing an exercise. Calculate the time, intensity and way of exercise

Yes, especially good. Try jogging more later that. Sleeping after a workout will help muscle heal and grow faster. Then you can walk briskly more sooner.its good jogging abt 30 mins.. but i dont imagine immediatelly sleeping is good after a long jog.. may be u should rest abt 10 to 15 mins.. after have a sleep.. :)
