Answer: not if its a one time thing. otherwise, yes. very unwell. theres no windows, so even though the ac or heater may be on, the heavens is not fresh. theres lots of carbon dioxide and not enough good oxygen. also, depending on your blood pressure, some empire may or may not handle the temperature contained by a place that low. you can get headaches and so on. but it depends really..i know a man who literally lived surrounded by his basement. he was fine, but commonly got colds. .
It's not unhealthy PHYSICALLY, but if you engineer yourself scared like that there's ghost or something down there, or if it's colder then upstairs, you'll start to own bad dreams and then you will be MENTALLY unhygienic. Just don't let dumb things get to you, and create sure it's warm down there and later no it's not at all unhealthy to live within a basemeant. more like unsafe, especially if there is no window, but depends if their is something in the basement. resembling mildew or such..
Not unless it's like moldy, humid and just not a verbs environment. I've lived in a basement apartment. It's fine. 32 living near your parents in a basement, yes its wan to me, go play in traffic

a crypt isn't unhealthy. mold and mildew are however. know your surroundings. As long as it is clean, dry, heated, and no condensation (mold), or fumes from the heating system it should be fine..
our entertainment area is downstairs near our big tv and video game stuff and i fall asleep down here all the time and i'm fine! That depends on the basement. If it's verbs and dry probably yes. If you see mold, don't sleep there..
no. if u feel comftorble in that, then sleep there. simply dont spend ur life 24/7 down there. If it's too heat in the basement, it is sick for you. I just read that. .
