the reason why i ask is that i was contained by a bad car crash ultimate year and due to this i am severly agraphobic and unable to visit my gp,to take home matters worse it is no secret that my local gp have an alchohol problem and is extremly intimidating, i cannot even muster the courage to visit the hospital!when i was takin to hospital after the crash i be prescribed tramadol 50mg but when i was sent home i became a loner and i havent been able to go away the house since,if anybody can help me with my problem i would be extremly grateful.

For pain killers, the UK counter-legal strength maximum is Dihydrocodeine, which have only just not long been made non-prescription.
Dihydrocodeine has a biddable chance of knocking you out, making you grain very bad dry mouth and even vomiting. DONT give somebody a lift more than one or the recommended doseage as it DOES have a strong effect.
I swear by it but only when needed as its miracle strength is because it is a 30% morpheine/opiate mix which ability highly addictive.

The top branded "neurofen plus" and such brand new versions of the previous-best drug (Ibuprofen) contain a codeine AND paracetamol (and/or sometimes caffeine), and this is where the CoCodamol (co as surrounded by dual, cod as in codeine and amol as in paracetamol) nickname comes from.
This is not quite the same as DIHIDROcodeine, which is much stronger and as such may not apply for paracetamol.
Of course, the second best thing is cocodamol or the branded codeine-paracetamol drugs.
Ibuprofen is the next one down, the miracle sedative before codeine was legalized. The Caffeine enhanced version work a little better ("Ibufen Plus" or similar brands)
After that there is Paracetamol commonly, although this is not so strong on its own as it is not an NSAID (anti-inflammatory) and a lot of pain is usually a result of inflamed areas.
If Dihidrocodeine is not available short prescription and the other stuff doesnt work, you REALLY need a prescription drug.

-also, I work surrounded by the wrestling industry where we have to put up near a hell of a lot of pain (screw those who say aloud its all a charade, you dont have to stir up and earn money this way) and torture daily, especially while trying to quickly recuperate from painful injuries. There are some shady doctors who can prescribe, or even you can directly obtain via online pharmacy sources, strong aching killers to help you out.
Be scant if you arent buying from your local Boots. Drugs from dodgy sources can be just as dodgy themselves, plus you don't get safekeeping guides or advice with them. They can even do more overexploit than good, and in some cases are not even the drug you assume you are taking. Some are faked placebos, and some are sub-par or even completely different drugs for different purposes. Faked drugs can even look identical near packaging and everything.
Its usually not worth it.
Yes, these drugs and the dope are highly addictive, but ALL painkillers are and are remarkably dangerous to your liver and kidneys, and often of late dont work after a while if you take them too often.

Best thing is just overcome your terror and get to a good doctor who can prescribe something.

I am beside you on the back pain, and sympathise richly with you, as i know how awful it can be, i have not slept surrounded by days with the pain surrounded by mine.anyways honey you need to change your doctor and request a home call on, and most chemists have couriers that pick up the prescription from the doctors surgery and take it to the chemist and afterwards deliver it to the patient, this is for elderly people, and housebound empire such as yourself. There is help out there, you lately got to ask for it. but definately change your GP

Maybe you could adaptation GP's and ask for a new GP to do a home visit?Not too sure how the prescriptions would work but i'm sure they own things in place for people near agraphobia and people who can't get to chemists. You could also see someone in the region of your agraphobia too?

it depends what u consider strong.I work in a pharmacy in australia and you can bring muscle relaxants and things over the counter. You can also get a paracetamol/15mg codiene tab over the counter which is half the prescription ones. Also try ABC plasters theyre amazing
