Is lifting weights after getting blood drawn ok?

I had a small amount of blood drawn at my last physical, simply a small vial for a test but I'm wondering if it's ok to lift weights a couple hours after? The blood be taken out of my left arm, you know the spot opposite your elbow...your elbow pit as you might phone call it but I'm not sure if lifting weights would cause the blood clot to break open and start bleeding again due to the increased blood pressure from muscle contraction. Anyone own any idea?

Note: I went ahead and lift anyway and now I've got a pale bruise a little larger than the size of a baseball but I was assuming that be normal.

I own a headache at the side of my shin whats the problem anyone no?

It perfectly fine. The amount of blood they took out if enough to impact anything you do. They would have told you to recstrict persuaded activities if that were called for. Bruising is just a result of you not holding the puncture long enough for the blood to clot and is positively not anything to worry in the order of.

What should i do if i twisted my ankle and try n ot to mencchion the emergency room!!?

you probably should have waited freshly to make sure you were ok and to allow your body to replace the lost blood. subsequent time wait at least a morning or two because you don't want to potentially pass out. weight training puts seriously of straining on your body and you really do need a full supply of blood.
