It's immaculately normal. I have brown eyes and there's somewhat ring around my iris that is dark. Don't verbs about it. I'm sure it's always be there, but you never noticed it until that time.

pupil's are the small part in the middle they are supposed to be black, the iris go around it like a doughnut, and that part should be colored. i dont know roughly speaking an outline on your iris, never heard of that spontaneouly happening b 4.
