I usually take a really hot bath at darkness. like hot tub like hot.anyway iv notice when i get in my hand and feet kinda tingle and feel unnatural..is this normal?

yeah my feet and hand feel like that when i catch in water thats too hot so it could merely be that your skin cant tolerate that hot of water anymore like they may be more sensitive for some purpose. try reducing your water temperature if you dont close to the feeling that you get from the hot sea.
