Is this what is cause my sickness?
I got a bug bite with two holes by respectively other.I think it is a spider bite but am not sure.This happened any Saturday at night or Sunday in the morning.It itchs really discouraging and only stops sometimes but not for long.It is on the lower part of my moved out cheek.Monday I stayed home from my daily routine cause of a discouraging headache,Soar throat,and a bit of a stomach ache.I am worried .Plz no dumb answers this is serious.By the way,it looks resembling one of the bites looks infected.
