I find showering at hours of darkness very relaxing especially in the hot Texas summers. I, as expected shower in the morning with soap and shampoo my spine also.The shower at night is usually to get the sweat and dust sour and most of the time I don't even use soap which dries my skin.No, it isn't bad. You feel more relaxed after taking a shower up to that time you go to sleep. It is one of many ways to facilitate you sleep better. If it's like sleeping on your own dead skin cell and sweat, then buy new sheets =)
