dont mix em together both 2 different class drugs one is a benzo/downer(valuim) the other is an opiate aka vicoden/percocet/heroin/oxy contin/tylonel 3/hydrocodone/oxycodone/ultram adjectives the same thing if you break em down chemically purely different strengths ultram isnt that strong but belive it or not highly addictive
