Its 6am uk if i jump to bed in a minute, whats a believable time to set my alarm to capture up?

Answer: get up whenever you wake up,darkness owls like you need adjectives the sleep they can get..
Around 2.20pm you should get around 8 hours but because your body clock is set to get up you in daylight you may only capture 6 hours.
you're supposed to get at least 8 hours of sleep a darkness; if i were you i'd just shift to bed and wake up whenever :) You should aim for 8 hours a night so 2pm you'll be bright eyed and bushy tailed!.
2pm-4pm is a honest time to wake up...
