I have left leg sciatica very soon from the thigh to the foot that seems to be worsening and makes it difficult to pace, but now I'm concerned anew because of the RIGHT arm pain and thinness, and possibly Right leg pain. But Right arm pain doesn't manufacture any sense from a herniated Lumbar disk, as far as I know.

I also have the same problem L5-S1. you enjoy a herniated dics. This will cause that pain. You can try medication for a while but sooner or then you will need surgery. You also might have a pinch courage in your neck, if you are have pain in your right arm. You want to see a neurologist Good Luck.

well yup its a pinched nerve and if its be for more than 2-3 months get surgery mann. unless your doctor says something else but merely get a microdiskectomy.. i just have it last monday and RELIEF! and mine was L5-S1 as in good health... :)
