For about a week now i've be having this very sensitive gradual headache. it started off from the back of my lead and it made its way to the left side of my temple. I discern the worst of my headache in the morning when i wake up or when i catch up from a nap and the headache stays with me for the rest of the daylight. Any ideas?

If you are in cold country use adjectives warm things.
Pl try cold water hip bath and observe if in hot country, if dull pain increases use warm.
