You could be anemic. This is a common symptom in iron deficiency. Get checked or try taking a low dose iron supplement. Vitamins are actually known to be quite safe compared to minerals and pharmaceuticals, but iron is one of the only ones to be concerned about. If you notice any negative symptoms from iron supplementation, stop immediately!
Try taking a b-50 vitamin complex for the stress.
Peace.
Well, if it gets worse, I would suggest going to the doctor, but he will prescribe you some drugs.
probably a bad position at the time of sleeping? have you tried changing your pillow?
or it can be also carpal tunnel or tendonitis.
There’s a natural cream (no chemicals) named “Juniper Cream”, you use a little amount of it (like the size of a pea) and rub the area vigorously (arms, legs, back, neck, shoulders, etc), you will feel a little bit warm and you will feel much better just in minutes!
This cream stimulates circulation and helps with join pains, rheumatic pain arthritis, gout, muscle cramps and much more!
I’ve been diagnosed with carpal tunnel and it really hurts that some times I can’t even sleep! And my doctor said that I will have arthritis for sure!
And this Juniper cream has been helping me you have no idea how well with my arm problems! Fabulous!
