I've get a RIDICULOUS charley horse contained by my calf!?

How do I get rid of it? It's been here for THREE days.

Answer:    I would mind with rubbing it, since you don't know for sure that there may be a clot at hand. If there is one and you massage it you could net it come lose and it could travel to your lungs and you could actually die from that.

BUT THAT IS A WORST CASE SCENARIO!!

I would eat closely of foods containing potassium, eat a lot of calcium and even some magnesium rich foods. For the potassium chomp through citrus foods, they are actually higher contained by potassium than bananas. Drink a lot of milk and yogurts, and as for the magnesium rich foods, I am not really sure, maybe look on the food guide pyramid and see if that information is at hand.
Good Luck..oh if you cannot get rid of it by the morning I would definately call the doctor and achieve an appointment immediately, it could be a sign of something a lot more serious. .
3 days is path too long to have that... call your MD asap. drink OJ within case its a decrease surrounded by your Vitamin C ( that can cause leg cramps ) until you see your doctor. did you tear a muscle possibly? can you walk on it? hopefully you get nouns soon, good luck! what works for me is what I call "toes to nose"... I point my toes to my muzzle and it helps. it kinda hurts doing it but afterwards it feels better.
You might want to converse to your doctor, but i would massage it, and take advil, or another backache releaver for the time being. It is time to call your doctor to rule out a clot. Do not rub it ! May even consider the ER.
