Like a twat,I tripped over in the dark,looking for my neigbours puppy,I've took layer off my skin and it stings like crazy,I've also grazed my knees..whats the best thing I can use to clean it,That won't create it sting even more.

Ianyone know what a niggle pill near p/f and 15/m on it is?

Well there isn't anyway too clean it out beside it not sting even just under wet it will sting,I'd pore peroxidides on it boil it out
and pat it with clean tacky washwarg,and put band-aide on it for couple days. then i'd leave band-aide rotten so it scab over and heal.i would also put some antiboctic cream on the bandaide so when i changed bandaide next daylight do the same the three day no bandaide, cart care.
