it's call tennis elbow and you get it from repeated movements. carpenters and factory workers and of course tennis players. within is a product called bio freeze, get it at most chiropracters . it costs nearly $20.00 a tube , but i promise it's worth the money. you can sometimes find it at a flea market for 10 dollars if you are lucky.
