Iworked out today.should i be sore?
I'm on a workout plan where I'm trying to bulk up,not just achieve toned.well today after working out I'm a little sore.i stretch and everything in the past and after i work out.so is that normal?i used to work out just to stay toned but i as never this sore.so do you reflect I'm doing things right?will i get what i want out of it?my trainer says contained by 3 weeks i will see a difference and so will other people,is it true?
Answer: Feeling sore after working out is perfectly average. The more you work out, the less sore you'll feel. It's newly your muscles getting used to extra hard work, which can take a while.

nOT TODAY tomorrow though your body is used to the workout so it consent to any pain in oh you basically wait til tomorrow.no pain no gain buddy
