Joint affliction...what's wrong?
Thanks for reading!
Here's a bit of background: I'm 18, not very influential but I do jog/exercise a few times a week. I have a fine bone structure if that matters.
Over the ending few months I've been having continual pain/discomfort contained by one of these places at a time: knee, ankle, foot (mostly on my left side). I don't know why, because I haven't injured myself that I know of. The headache is only noticeable when I'm putting weightiness on it. It's mild, but annoying, and I limp sometimes. I'm confused as to why it shifts around, and never goes away.
Does anyone know why this is arranged?
Answer:
Walked into a flower pot outside a dentsts bureau. Huge bump on my shin! What should I do?
The foot bone's connected to the ankle bone. The ankle bone's connected to the shin bone. The shin bone's connected to the knee bone. The knee bone's connected to the leg bone. The leg bone's connected to the hip bone...That's why it shifts.
The interrogate is what's causing it in the first place. It could be a problem within any one of those joints that just affects them adjectives (find the problem, fix it and everything's cool) or it could be a problem with all your joint at once (much more serious).
Without more posted information, the best advice is to talk to your loved ones doctor.
See an orthopedic doctor.
