I have had a solid lump above my right ear for years in a minute and never had problems until recently.. next to the pain. It comes and goes. Usually stable 10 seconds. I also have have some hearing loss that last around 5 seconds and comes right back. Not sure if they are connected or not?

If you are using a cell phone and listening to it using your right ear, that is most predictable the problem. Especially, if you are using one of the new larger battery phones that hold screens on them. These new phones hold what is called a repeater built into them. This is a device that picks up a signal from another cell phone and sends the signal onto the next cell phone repeater that is to say nearer to a cell tower or onto the cell tower where you are between the other cell phone and the cell tower. It's how they are able to bring longer range signals in those topical phones.

The problem is that they are 2-1/2 times more damaging to your brain due to the increased EMF. The cell phone companies don't want you to know all this.

How long should I sleep in the past I work the hours of darkness shift?

I hold the same thing going on, but since I own Fibromyalgia the doctor is putting all this off to that. She said it's a trigger point. Sure is funny how theres a solid lump in that and it causes pain to shoot out.
I would lately get it checked if I was you but it's probably nil serious.
