Knee backache!! backing please!!
So i just got vertebrae from cedar point (it was my first time) the maverick and millenium force were amazing! Ok all right i will stop babbling and get to the sound out lol. While i was walking around cedar point, my knee started hurting. Now when i pace my knee hurts.also when i bend my knee it hurts. wht is wrong? (its my right knees if it matters) Help!
Answer: You probably just over-did it. Cedar Point is HUGE & there is a LOT of walking involved (as you okay know)! You have probably just irritated the knees joint (since you didnt say that you injured it). I would transport an anti-inlamatory (ie: Ibuprofen or Naproxen) and ice it a little (no more than 20 mins at a time). If that doesn't relief after a day or so - call your Doc to fashion sure you didn't actually injure it.

freshly get some icy hot and rub it on the painfull spot..works for me everytime
its just sore i reflect in a few more days it wil be fine
