Knee headache, can't straighten leg, backing?
About a week and a half ago, for whatever drive, my leg started to bother me. It feels as though something in the spinal column of my knee is sore, and whenever I try to straighten my leg, a semi-painful tight feeling prevents me from straightening it 100%. This is the solitary thing that bothers me - I can walk and even run okay, and I can bend it any other road I want. Has anyone else had this? I'm just trying to unruffled my fears of it being something major because I enjoy a friend right now who is out of school for knees surgery and therapy. Please don't just update me to go to the doctor, I have a bit of a phobia and I'm trying to avoid it as much as possible. Any personal experiences would comfort.
thank you.
Answer: if you have any biofreeze or icyhot i would use that it makes it be aware of a lot better and i would rest it a bit . i get injured more or less frequently and thats what i usually do. Its probly not serious. but if it keeps bothering you id walk to the doc. sorry
i would just say rime it. if you're still growing i'm sorry but you should go to the doctor because something could have happen that if you don't get it checked out you can do permanent injure and need to see many more doctors surrounded by the future.
If you cannot straighten your leg YOU DO NEED to overcome your fear and move about to the doctor. You might have damaged a Cruciate ligament.
