Knee sustain please?
My knees are really messed up. I was a baseball catcher for 4 years. Now i just skateboard but my knees are really messed up. Im going to start wearing knees pads. What excersices/ streches could i do to strengthing my knees or jsut help repair them.?
Answer: at hand is no way to strengthen the actual knee, but making the muscles adjectives around the knee is what you need to do. really focus on the quads and hamstring, and also the calves.
