Knee Bone... Please helP Me?
So, I recently started doing Squats as exercise right? well, i stopped for three days the daytime i begun because my knee bone(right knee) started hurting. So presently, everytime i squat down, my knee hurts and feels as if it be stiff! Why is that? Well, i drank a tylonol the day i finished exercising so inwould be sore the next time. And yeah. Why is it that my knee hurts? Its almost been 5 days and it still hurts when i squat down. Why is that? Please lend a hand me out. Thank You.
Answer: You've overworked the knee and continuing to push it while it is hurt will make it worse I'm afraid. You want to give it some extra support with a knees brace and rest it, rest it, rest it. Apply an ice-pack as often as you can. Take some Ibuprofen as opposed to tylenol, as ibuprofen is anti-inflammatory. Keep your leg elevated when you sit and at darkness in bed, place a pillow under your knees to save it elevated above the level of your heart. It should start to feel better soon, but don't push it stern to exercising too quickly. Start with peaceable stretches, then walking, building up the pace.
