Does Japan own suitable hospitals?
If it hurts when you bend your knees cap it "might" be illiotibial band syndrome. I have it because my hamstrings were puny. Basically you have some sort of tendon that rubs against the side of your knees cap but, when you have stunted hamstrings it causes that ligament to inflate (I don't know the technical stuff) and causes severe anguish when bending. Best thing to do is just stretch out your hamstring way more than usual. Also, you bicycle contributes to this pain. Just wiki illiotibial company syndrome and you'll find out more.Is it better to shower surrounded by cold or hot river when sunburned?
