Knee injury?

so. i think i hurt my knee. I don't know what ligament but I'm pretty sure its minor. It hurts when i bend my knees more then 30 degrees and put cargo on it, but it does not hurt when i walk.
The problem is, i need to bike to university everyday, (about 2 miles each way) so i can't really rest my knee. (car is not an substitute, and doctor is not an option right now either)

My cross-examine is, how can i recover fast from this injury.

I don't muse it's anything serious, but it's just very annoying you hold to bike 4 miles everyday with a knee that hurts...
