Knee problems (pain)?
I am 14 and I have had incredibly painfull knees for about a year now, the strain is on and off. I went jog yesterday (just 10 minutes) and due to that I now have a really tight left knee. The affliction comes as I bend it and put weight on (such as walking downstairs). There is no swelling, but sometimes they crack as I move (I think this is normal) I enjoy read that it could be growing pains as I am still young.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

Ease bad the jogging until you are feeling better. In the meantime, you could try taking a suppliment call "Rose Hip capsules". I suffer with really painful hip, shoulder and elbow joint due to the medication I have to take. After taking the initial start-up dose of tablets for 3 weeks I am totally aching free for the first time in a year.
These tablets can be pricey so look out for them in the condition food shop sales or mail decree them.
I get bit by a dog what should i do beside the cut?
It sounds like arthritis but you are a bit young for that. See your doctor for proposal. At 14 you'r very young to be have knee pain. Are you an athelite? I know you said you run. Well as long as they don't be in motion crunch like there grinding something inside It probably isn't to serious. All I can speak of is from personal experience. If you step up a flight of stairs and you hear this strange noise with respectively step and think there must be someone trailing you then you have problems. Myself I own one arificial knee. It's really just similar to the real knee, it still hurts.
Belive me when I say-so take care of yourself including your knees they own to last a life time or you'll be watching those slow night commercials for scooters and powered wheel chairs next to real intrest.
Ok, seriously, anyone, it's really stressing me out...?
If you had a previous injury which artificial your knee it should be a normal side-effect. If you never ever have any injuries which affected your knee, you should ask your doctor to check your knees. It could be that your muscles have been stretched too much and in consequence caused pain. This could finishing for a couple of hours to a couple of days.go to your g.p. for a check up
