why do my knees always crack..

they crack when i stand up, when i sit down ,when i kneel.

It doesnt hurt at adjectives...but just the sound of them cracking make my hair stand on end.

They never used to crack. Its be about 2 months..2 loongg months of cracking knees...

Is there a problem?
How can i fix it?

I have a lot of headache and I use a product called Celadrine which I use to only be capable of get in the robustness food store but now you can get it within most drug stores and it really works well if you give it time. But it's resembling people who crack their knuckles all the time. It a moment ago happens but it's better if you don't. Lubricate those joints.
