Lacking surrounded by sleep ill?
hey i havent slept more that like 6 hours in times past 4 days is that bad or.idk...im not having trouble sleeping or anything i basically dont wanna
Answer: As long as you get the same amount of sleep every dark, you're fine. Some people like myself require smaller quantity sleep. Your body will let you know when it needs the rest, because you'll probably sleep longer once contained by a while and not even realized it until you wake up and see the time..

Six hours is somewhat less than you probably need, but I don't expect it counts as sleep deprivation, especially after only four days.
If this goes on for months and months, you will want to engender a serious effort to try to get somewhat more shut-eye, but in the short-term I wouldn't worry too much. .
This is not fine at all. Our bodies need rest. You will take run downed and not be able to think clear. Please receive some sleep.
