Lately I haven't be competent to sleep?

I haven't been able to sleep till close to 2 in the morning but I need to get hold of back on schedule for college what should I do? When I wake up if it's around 7 or 9 then I can't stay awake for the go of me.


Answers:    Get in the habit of only laying down at the same time every darkness...even if you aren't tired. Eliminate all interferences (TV,Stereo, phones). Once your body re adjusts to a agenda you will be fine.it may take a week or 2 but it will be worth it.
Avoid pills get sleep within natural ways. Drink some warm milk past going to bed and read some interesting book at bed. Yoga and meditation help a lot.
