Left arm feel chance!
today my left arm started to feel really grotesque towards the end of the day. it's tingly and numb and feel like either a effrontery is pinched or like there's something wrong with a capillary. it's mainly in my upper arm and nil i can do is making it feel any better. it's so weird and numb! anyone know what this may be?
i'm 20, a short time ago quit smoking, female, not on meds. i have no impression.
Answer: Sounds like exactly what you said - either a pinched bravery or a circulation problem. If the skin under your fingernails is bluish, get to a doctor or ER right away. If not, you might continue a day or so, but I'd definitely see a doctor going on for it. Hope you're ok - good luck..
It might be because you just quit smoking (congrats by the way). Just a easily upset system reaction?
Have you been highly laid back these days? If you're not live much, it might just be because the lack of blood circulation. Try getting outside for a run/walk or to the gym for a short exercise.
Make sure you drink plenty of dampen.
