Left forearm hurts after working out, whats wrong?

I did some medium weight bench press, and did some curls. Near my wrist and most of my forearm is completely sore when i turn my wrist. My right arm is totally fine.

What did I do?
Answer:

Post thrombotic sydrome?

You probably use your left a little more unconciously because it is your stronger arm. Therefore it will be more probable to become injured.

Sounds like you put microtears in the myofibers within your arm. All that means is you overextended a tensed muscle. Give it a day or two until it feel better. Ice it for a little while, and tomorrow put some heat on it and LIGHTLY flex and stretch it. Don't use any weights until it's pay for to normal.

What giving of cramp killer can i transport?

I doubt its tenodonitis. Unless it really burns when you are just sitting nearby. You could have tweak some of the muscles in your wrist doing curls. If you look here (just the pics) http://saveyourself.ca/articles/perfect-... you can see within are a lot of small muscles there. It most promising just got stretched out. it happen all the time when i wakeboard and tube. If it were anything at adjectives other than that it would be carpal tunnel, but unless you feel approaching you cant even bend your wrist it wont even be that. Take it easy do something else for a while. Stretch your wrist also. Best of luck
