Leg throbbing during soccer

ive played soccer for 6 yrs.im 14.and evrytime after halftime maybe about 10min after halftime while im playing i perceive real bad backache in my right leg,it shaked & stiffens up 2 the point wer i fall 2 the ground if i dont control it or bid coach 2 get me out of the fiels

Answer:    This can be a sign of fatigue or your body getting tired. In this situation it seems that you are experiencing cramps which resources you are over working your legs and the only thing to stop it from stirring is drink plenty of water and then hold some rest before going back to your soccer activity..
hmmm... idk where exactly in your leg but it could be anything. it might only just be a pulled muscle. i had really bad inflammation of the joint in my knee end season and the same thing happen to me once. :( you should go see a trainer or a doctor ASAP. until you see one you, as hard as it is, you probably shouldn't play. Remember you don't wanna hurt yourself more if you do own an injury. RICE it for now! (rest, ice, compression, elevation.)
