Leg pain/cramps?
I'm not an athlete and I obtain an average amount of exercise - I sit behind a desk all hours of daylight but I do walk around in the evening. I started intake bananas to increase my potassium, but my legs still hurt!
Any advice?

if you stretch every night previously you eat and after and then until that time you go to bed then you should be upright. then when they start feeling better later you should go on a run like every daytime after work or whenever you want to to keep your legs in shape. tht is wat i do cuz i enjoy have a bad hammy right presently. so just keep stretching it so you will be better. ably i hope your legs get better.ttyl
