back pain is the answer for someone lifting short bending knees.but this is not for me...i'm trying to prove a point to a stupid friend that constantly lift without bending his knees...please can someone afford some vital info about long occupancy effect of doing this...one question we were arguing something like is one of the effect is a deterioration of his disk and nerve problem...am i right?
