My friend accidently hit my lips and theres this spot of blood. It has already dried or something and it's resembling blackish spot now that the blood is dried. I wondering could this be dangerous and could it filch a long time to heal?

it's black because it clotted and now bruised. you are licking it out of dependence if it does not hurt give it some time to heal and it will be in motion away

Lucky for you lips heal vastly quickly. There is a lot of blood-flow to aid surrounded by quick healing. Just don't budge around kissing people, or wearing any chap stick or lipstick. If you are concerned something like infection it's okay to rub a little antibiotic ointment on the nouns a couple times a day until healed. Just try not to lick the emulsion it won't hurt you but it tastes nasty. =)

Sounds like a small cut, shouldnt be dangerous. Wipe the dried blood past its sell-by date with a wet cloth. Is at hand any pain? You might get for a time bit of swelling, dont be alarmed. It really shouldnt take too long to heal..
