I have Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Rheumatism and all the other things that come next to the package. An example of how fragile I am,,,,,,I once peeled potatoes for a soup kitchen and have to be put on steroids the next day, I feel like a steam roller had rolled over my foot. The Doctor said all the little "bubbles, or cushions, (if you will), were busted and that cushioning we inevitability dearly so we don't feel like our bones are rubbing against one another. At other times, I simply wake up with some severe twinge issue as if someone beat me up in my sleep, so what the wholesome person considers a cramp can feel approaching fire, or feel like a bees nest is living inside me, or. Like someone is inside digging away at my tissues and bones, or ripping my flesh from inwardly. NOW I AM positive you understand. I wanted to present a little pain history so you could better push for me. I would prefer to divulge no further details as to why this happened. I want to ask if anyone knows any treatment, which I don`t know a relative has passed down that I could use. I'm asking for advise except cold and heat, different than bath near salts, different than oils to rub, already be there. there are teen boot camps-but you have to be careful-some of them singular abuse the teens-some have be successful

they are usuallty called somethign like inhospitable surroundings camps or survival camps
