Lower Back Pain. Can anyone explain this ?

M.R.I said this:
L3-L4: NORMAL
L4-L5: Diffuse bulging of the intervertebral disc. This is slightly asymmetric to the left. Effacement of the thecal sac. Mild narrowing of the left lateral niche. The exiting nerve roots are impinged.

Impression: At L4-L5 within is a diffusely bulging disc asymmetric to the left. This is causing mild effacement of the thecal sac and narrowing of the disappeared lateral recess. Possible contact of the traversing left L5 cheek root.

Can anyone translate this in basic english? Serious answers please.

Plain English: the disc between your vertebrae at L4 and L5 (L= lumbar region) is compressed and bulging toward the disappeared side putting pressure on the nerves that exit your spine there. This is the likely do of your back pain.

Well you could hold an MRI like this and have no symptoms. You could enjoy an MRI like this and have low rear legs pain with symptoms surrounded by the left leg. You could have an MRI similar to this and have only low backbone pain. If you have disappeared leg symptoms it may explain them. What it basically means is that your disc contained by your low back is bulging and may be pressing on a nerve. The well-mannered thing is that the radiologist does not indicate that the disc is ruptured.
