Hmm I don't conjecture you're supposed to drink the whole bottle. I had a powder that I mixed next to some warm water but it be a very small amount every day. It's really best to read instructions beforehand consuming a whole bottle of anything. Magnesium citrate should help you like day you take it. I really don't know what an entire bottle is going to do to you.
