Major headache !! please give a hand!
well, i have fry stroke from being out in the sun, i'm disappointingly burnt.
i fell asleep at 8 last dark, and got about 17hr sleep.
Tonight i hold a very painful headache, everytime i try to confer i start crying a little bit, i have tears coming down my obverse, cause of the pain.
it's throbbing pretty doomed to failure, and my throat is starting to sting. it's about, 10:00, so i don't know what to do, i can't sleep at all, and i;ve tried taking advil roughly speaking an hour ago, it's not working at all.
please help out ! it really hurts.
Answer: I know if I sleep to much I will get a really bad headache also. The spasm below the ear could be the beggining of an ear infection which is why you have a sore throat. You definately need to drink alot of river or gatoraid to replace all the fluid & salts you lost from person in the sun so long. An I.V. would benifit you at this point but if thats not possible try some pungent chips with a LOT of cold water.Good luck and perceive better soon..
I had heat stroke once, but not from the sun. My suggestion is to drink profoundly of cold water, notice I said hose, not liquids. Try to get surrounded by front of something like a fan and hold it blowing on you, to help keep your hallucination down. Yes, your skin has a fever. You should probably in truth go to the er and have IV's. try drinking some hose and maybe take an ibuprofen?.
drink lot's of hose and gatoraid and go to the hospital some thing beside sodium will help as well
